01Who we are

CRE8TOR is a Hong Kong-based agency focused on AI-driven enterprise transformation. We design and deploy custom AI workflows for businesses, and we build SHOOPIX, a suite of AI-powered Shopify apps. You can reach us at contact@cre8tor.work.

02Our services

Consulting engagements. AI strategy, workflow automation, and implementation work is delivered under a separate written agreement with each client. That agreement — not this page — governs scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables. Nothing on this site is a binding offer; project details are confirmed in writing per engagement.

SHOOPIX apps. Our Shopify apps are in development and not yet released. When they launch, each app will have its own terms of service and privacy policy, which will govern its use. Joining a "notify me" list creates no obligation on either side — it just means we'll email you at launch.

03Using this site

You're welcome to browse, read, and contact us. You agree not to:

• Use the site or our forms for anything unlawful, or to send spam or malicious content.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape or republish substantial parts of the site's content without permission.
• Impersonate CRE8TOR or misrepresent an affiliation with us.

04Intellectual property

The CRE8TOR and SHOOPIX names, logos, and all content on this site — text, design, graphics, and code — belong to CRE8TOR or its licensors. You may not use them commercially without our written permission. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc.; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify beyond building apps for its platform.

This site and its content are provided "as is". We work hard to keep information accurate and the site available, but we make no warranties about completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted access.

Case studies and results shown on this site are specific to the clients and circumstances described. They illustrate what we've done — they are not a promise or guarantee that your business will achieve the same outcomes.

06Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRE8TOR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law. Liability under a consulting engagement is governed by that engagement's own agreement.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

08Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with the effective date updated at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
